This flour sifter has a diameter of 15 cm and a depth of approximately 4.2 cm. The sifter has a very fine mesh size: 60 mesh (60 mesh is finer than 40 mesh). This size is perfect if you are sifting flour with a high gluten content. Professional use: Suitable for all-purpose flour, household waste, spice powders, and icing sugar. It can also be used to sift bran from whole wheat flour.
